Weight and balance are going to be prime issues. They will not remain babies for very long , so you are looking at a fairly short time frame before you'd be forced to go to full seats for them anyway, so if you can afford it, get the proper size aircraft right from the start so you won't have to buy again in the short few years they remain sized for the safety seats. Weight and balance will also be a factor even while they are small enough to fit in such safety seats.
